Terms of Service
Effective date: May 10, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of NewsInbox, an AI-powered newsletter inbox and digest service.
By creating an account or using NewsInbox, you agree to these Terms and to the processing of newsletter content needed to provide the service.
1. Service Description
NewsInbox lets users forward newsletters to a personal digest address, stores and displays received newsletters, and uses AI systems to summarize, categorize, translate, tag, and deliver digest emails.
Some features may be experimental, limited, or changed as the product evolves.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 14 years old to use NewsInbox. If you use the service for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for providing accurate account information, maintaining the security of your account credentials, and all activity that occurs under your account.
You must notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
4. User Responsibilities and Prohibited Conduct
You may use NewsInbox only for lawful newsletter reading, summarization, and digest workflows. You must not misuse the service.
- Forward spam, phishing, malware, abusive content, or content that you are not authorized to process.
- Use NewsInbox to infringe copyrights, privacy rights, publicity rights, trade secrets, or other rights of third parties.
- Attempt to bypass rate limits, security controls, account restrictions, or service usage limits.
- Reverse engineer, scrape, overload, interfere with, or disrupt the service or its infrastructure.
5. Email Content and AI Processing
By forwarding newsletters or using a NewsInbox digest address, you authorize NewsInbox and its processors, including OpenAI LLC, to process the email content and metadata needed to provide AI summaries, translations, categories, tags, inbox display, and digest delivery.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to forward and process the newsletter content you send to NewsInbox.
6. Content Rights
You retain your rights in content you submit. You grant NewsInbox a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, copy, process, transform, display, and transmit that content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service.
NewsInbox does not grant you rights in third-party newsletters. Original publishers may retain rights in their content.
7. AI Output and Accuracy
AI-generated summaries, translations, categories, and tags may be incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading. They are provided for convenience and reading assistance only.
You should review original newsletter content before relying on an AI summary for important decisions.
8. Service Changes, Suspension, and Termination
We may modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue all or part of the service when needed for maintenance, security, legal compliance, abuse prevention, or product changes.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, create legal risk, or harm the service or other users.
9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
NewsInbox is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free AI output, preservation of every email, or compatibility with every email provider.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NewsInbox is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business opportunities.
10. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Disputes arising from or related to the service will be submitted to the competent court under Korean civil procedure law unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
